Assistant Marketing Manager
You will make an impact by:
1.Strategic Campaign Planning and Execution:
Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows aligned with SI technology.
Measure outcomes and leverage data analytics for performance optimization.
2.Performance Metrics Analysis:
Collaborate with Technical Business Development Managers to analyze campaign metrics.
Provide insightful reports and recommendations for future optimizations.
3.Compelling Content Creation:
Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales teams, and Corporate Communication to create impactful content.
Develop images, videos, infographics, and posts that resonate with target audiences.
4.Digital Marketing Implementation:
Implement digital marketing initiatives across online channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
Utilize data analytics to optimize campaign performance.
5.Marketing Media and Literature Management:
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing media and literature for local use.
Ensure alignment with Siemens guidelines for maximum brand visibility.
6.Administrative Activities:
Accomplish general administrative activities and generate reports within Marketing Operations.
Plan and execute logistics for company meetings and events.
7.Partnership Support:
Actively promote and support SI Approved Partners to grow the SI product portfolio.
Foster business growth through strategic partnerships.
Your success is grounded in:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in operational marketing roles, preferably in B2B and technology, power, or electrical industries.
Skills:
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
Education & Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
