Work with business team to gather, clarify, analyze and document business requirements
Document requirements and develop process flows, screen, reports, files, etc.
Participate in new core bank selection process by:
Provide list of requirements
Review products specifications, functions and features
Participate in Proof of Concept
Identify and evaluate gaps
Etc
During the implementation phase, work with business team to analyze, confirm, prioritize business requirements to design team.
Ensure that requirements are traceable throughout the development lifecycle.
Review the functional designs provided by Developers along with the stakeholders and ensure that all business requirements have been captured and reflected in the design.
Provide input for test scenarios, and ensure the deliverables meet the requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Higher in computer science or computer related field
At least 10 years in Application Development
At least 7 years as Business Analyst
Familiarity with core banking functionalities.
Good verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and have ability to learn complex processes quickly
