Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, Economics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 10 years of relevant experience.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Proficient communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) in both Thai and English languages.
Proficiency in computer software applications such as Microsoft Office.
Understanding of business and information technology terminology.
Knowledge of programming languages and coding (particularly for IT-focused Business Analyst roles).
Industry-specific knowledge related to the organization's field (e.g., Retails, Trading, Real Estate).
Familiarity with processes and policies related to or connected with information technology.
Ability to develop and propose improvements and upgrades to existing processes.
Capable of gathering insights from supervisors, executives, and managers across departments regarding business growth and strategic direction.
Ability to identify gaps between business processes and the potential use of technological advancements to bridge them.
Ability to evaluate current computer hardware, software, and technologies and recommend new tools or technologies.
Competence in creating, connecting, and managing various technology tasks, including workflow or policy-related implementations.
Coordination with various departments, supervisors, stakeholders, and clients.
Preparation of reports and development of operational procedures based on existing data.
Regular inspection and maintenance of equipment and technology to ensure optimal functionality.
Design and test current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Support business development opportunities through research and data analysis.
