International Business Development Manager (Food Industry)

Job Description:

• Discover and execute the new international business partnership opportunities
• Conducting thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, trends, and competitors
• Understanding customer needs, preferences and buying behavior to develop effective business strategies.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies to penetrate the International market successfully and creating short term and long term goals aligned with the company's objectives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, distributors, and other stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Act as a trusted advisor for the business development initiatives and decisions of management.
• Drive international market growth and success towards OKRs/ targets, with efficient resource allocation and P&L ownership, involving financial modeling for deal analysis and commercial negotiation.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding strategies tailored to the Chinese market and ensuring that the company's products or services are effectively positioned to meet the market's demands.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration / Marketing or related fields.
• Proven experience over 7 years of International Business Development in Food industry
• Strong analytical skills for market research and competitor analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, result-oriented, and adaptable to changing market conditions.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
