Senior Manager Strategic Sourcing
Job Description
• Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to optimize the sourcing and procurement processes for food ingredients and other categories domestic and international.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on procurement strategies and goals.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to proactively identify opportunities and risks in the food industry supply chain.
• Lead a team of purchasing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and ethical sourcing practices within the food industry.
• Implement and maintain robust systems for tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, ensuring optimal performance and cost savings.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields
• At least 10 years of work experience in purchasing and procurement in F&B industry both domestic and oversea with 3+ years of experience in a management role.
• In-depth knowledge of food industry regulations, quality standards, and supply chain best practices.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Good Command of Spoken and Written English
• Computer literacy: Microsoft office.
• Have SAP background is preferable.
