Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading a team of Business Analysts or a similar role more than 8 years.
Strong technical proficiency, with an ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on customer engagement and relationship building.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, scope them efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.
