Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their business needs, managing their technical expectations, and ensuring that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
• Lead the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence. Ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills and tools to excel in their roles.
• Dive deep into customer business processes, interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Identify problems and devise effective solutions. This includes the ability to think critically and make decisions based on available information. Identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring they are translated into actionable technical specifications.
• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to make informed decisions, ensuring solutions align with customer needs.
• Work closely with customers to guide and scope projects in a way that is both efficient and viable, ensuring that solutions are technically sound and meet business objectives.
• Create and oversee the development of clear technical documentation, ensuring customers have a comprehensive understanding of the solutions provided.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading a team of Business Analysts or a similar role more than 8 years.
• Strong technical proficiency, with an ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on customer engagement and relationship building.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, scope them efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.
