Support the SEAJ Wholegoods Commercial Department in achieving market share and revenue targets, with a specific focus on product definition aligned with market needs, key competitors, and new product launches.
Champion assigned product lines and segments by creating an efficient marketing mix to generate leads and increase market penetration.
Communicate and collaborate with the central product marketing team to ensure a seamless flow of information in both directions.
Maintain a continuous presence in the field with dealers to enhance product knowledge and gather intelligence.
Assist the marketing and commercial teams with day-to-day activities.
Monitor new product/technology launches or options for existing products, focusing on entry strategies, target markets, segments, customers, dealers, seasonality, and competitor analysis. Provide input for CNH product positioning compared to target competitors and support launch activities and events with Field Marketing.
Conduct field product marketing, including current product support and identifying target applications by product line and market. Analyze market opportunities for new markets, segments, expanded product ranges, and new applications.
Develop sales training materials focusing on local applications, new and existing segments, and key local competitors in collaboration with central staff functions.
Deliver commercial training with the support of central functions.
Provide input on regional needs and requirements for global CNH product definition.
Liaise with other departments, such as the service team for quality tracking and telematics monitoring on key connected machines, the parts team for effective product promotion (attachments), and the commercial team for price positioning and value chain analysis with a focus on competitor benchmarking.
Support CNH product offering rationalization and standard configuration management in CNH systems.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years’ experience in the Construction Equipment business in the area with major focus on the product
Good communication skills both with the customers and internally with other functions
Technical background in Heavy Equipment is a plus
commercial training experience is a plus
Excellent English communication. Knowledge of any other SEA language a plus
