Position Details
Responsibilities :
Design tools and streamline report to match with business growth
Business intelligence and analytics strategy to align with business direction and ensure that implementation supports best operating practice
Provide and craft appropriate information for support business strategy including key drivers monitoring
Monitor, manage review and enhance sales performance reports
Translate sales report into action items for achieving sales target
Work closely with sales team to Identify opportunity in portfolio and actively pursue opportunities to assist business growth
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in banking business / consumer business / insurance business, prefer in Portfolio Analysis, Business Intelligence, Sales Management, programming capability will be advantage
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business and/or related fields
Excellence knowledge of BI tool, computer language
Result Oriented with Good at logical and communication skill.
Possess “Can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results
