Oversee and direct the running of our facilities and create a safe and efficient work environment that improves business performance and optimizes staff productivity.
Assist our organization in minimizing disruptions to overall business operations, improving working conditions, and creating a safe and comfortable environment for both staff and clients.
Evaluate and understand customers’ behaviors, including tenants, to create the best experience as possible when using our facilities.
Identify area for operation improvement, set standard and ensure execution. Develop and planning to improve all facility to be excellent for all customer and tenants.
Prepare yearly planning both in budgeting and in renovation and improvement for the building.
Inspect the work quality of all the departments working in the building and ensure the high standard of work in each aspect.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 10 years of direct experience in Facility Management, preferably in the retail or shopping mall industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of facility management software and technology.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
