Formulate and deliver information regarding an all-encompassing strategic plan for the advancement of human resources, in alignment with the organization's sustainability policy and other relevant regulations. This plan should encompass strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational commitment.
Formulate strategy and prepare for the competency development model, assessment Center for bridging the competency gap.
Oversee the implementation of executive potential management systems, tools, and processes, leadership development plan preparation (Leadership Development), executive group management (Leadership Pool), and career management including appointments, succession strategies, transfers, evaluations, and promotions.
Evaluate and enhance the career management, development strategy, individual development plans, job competency assessment systems.
Examine and scrutinize plans for the development of executive personnel. (Division Manager level and above) to enhance management potential and aptitude for more senior-level positions.
Conduct monitoring and evaluation for the human resource development system to function effectively and efficiently.
Remain current with the latest trends, research, and best practices in organizational development, leadership development, and adult learning principles.
Participate in professional development activities and networks to enhance knowledge and skills.
Offer counsel to executives and employees regarding human resource development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in human resources, training and development, organizational development, or related areas.
TOEIC score not less than 700.
Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs and leadership development initiatives.
Experience in needs assessment, program evaluation, and data analysis.
Project management experience, particularly in managing learning and development initiatives.
Experience in facilitating workshops, coaching, and conducting organizational development interventions is an advantage.
Knowledge of HRIS systems such as SAP / ESS is an advantage.
