Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Handle invoicing, payments, bank liaisons, and collaborate with accounting firms to maintain impeccable financial records.
• Human Resources: Oversee payroll processing, time attendance tracking, and social security matters.
• Recuritment: Assist to spearhead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent.
• Manage visa and work permit processes for international employees.
• Ensure timely BOI reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.Handling all administrative tasks relating to the office

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in combined admin, HR, and accounting roles
• Strong English proficiency (TOEIC 700 or higher)
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities
• Adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
• Japanese language skills (able to undrstand what native speaker say) will be advantage
