- Create a comprehensive internal communication strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Performing management and operational functions: analyzing the quality of internal communications, reporting, budget creation, and protection.
Culture and values:
- Develop a corporate culture that encourages the growth of professional skills and the realization of the creative potential of each employee.
- Supporting and developing the company’s mission, principles, and values. This requires the organization of corporate events, and competitions, using offline and online formats.
- Facilitate activities to educate employees on the company’s values and desired culture.
Content and channels:
- Develop compelling and informative content for various internal channels, including newsletters, intranet, and company-wide announcements.
- Supporting existing communication channels and finding new ways to interact with employees.
- Creating a variety of content for communication channels, covering events inside and outside the company in photo, video, and text formats.
Events:
- Develop a concept and implement a plan of regular business events for the company’s employees (business sessions, strategy sessions, synchro-meetings, etc.).
- Organizing corporate events of a training, sports, and entertainment nature.
- Supporting and developing company traditions, creating involvement of each employee in the common cause, and introducing motivational, incentive, and game formats of internal communication.
Employee Engagement Programs:
- Establishing effective information sharing and communication among remote teams.
- Active involvement in the life of each remote team, understanding their needs, problems, and initiatives, and based on this information, organizing and implementing communication activities and initiatives to improve the working atmosphere and the effectiveness of team interaction.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, morale, and a sense of belonging.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive feedback culture program aimed at promoting open communication, constructive feedback, and continuous improvement.
Change Management Communication:
- Support communication efforts during periods of change, ensuring employees are informed and engaged.
- Develop communication plans for major organizational changes.
This role is perfect for you if
- 5+ years of proven experience in internal or corporate communications in high-tech, Gamedev companies.
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive internal communication strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to align internal communication strategies with overall company goals and objectives.
- Strong analytical skills to assess the quality of internal communications and make data-driven improvements.
- Experience organizing corporate events and competitions, both online and offline.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing initiatives that educate employees on company values and desired culture.
- A systematic and consistent approach in implementing the project from start to finish.
- Creative approach, willingness to find non-standard solutions and try different options until a working one is found.
- A team player with a willingness to work in a highly dynamic environment.
