Performance Management System Officer
Job description:
1. Analyze strategies, set goals, and proceed measurement within the division according to strategy.
2. Plan and coordinate in term of human resource management for the division, such as demand-supply management or training.
3. Integrate and align Enterprise goals and Business performance
4. Improve process and system of Performance Management System (PMS).
5. Prepare a data dashboard for tracking the department performance in the division according to the division goals.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economic, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Statistic, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
2. Experienced in Strategy, Cost Benefit Analysis, Human Resource Management or Consultant Position is an advantage.
3. Able to use data analytic programs, including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL
