In this Role, you’ll get to
- Serve as a trusted business partner with well-rounded financial knowledge and expertise to business leaders;
- Develop forecasts and build financial models to support strategic planning, decision making, and target setting;
- Provide actionable insights on growth drivers, cost optimization, and competitive landscape;
- Create insightful reports and dashboards to enable effective decision making for business and finance stakeholders;
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis, financial modeling and benchmarking as needed to support the business
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, finance, or other related field;
- At least 5 years finance related working experience, finance business partnering or FP&A experience preferred;
- Experience in Internet or travel related industry experience will be a plus;
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and able to listen and work proactively with business leaders;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PPT;
- Strong interest to drive business solution through data analysis;
- Fast learner, eagerness to learn, accountable and detailed oriented.
