Head of Deposits (Virtual Bank)
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Leadership:
• Define and drive the overall strategy and roadmap for deposit products to achieve business growth, profitability, and customer acquisition goals.
• Provide strategic direction for product design, pricing, features, and customer experience to differentiate the Virtual Bank’s deposit offerings.
• Lead and inspire the deposit product team to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions aligned with the bank’s vision and objectives.
Product Development and Management:
• Oversee the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of all deposit products.
• Ensure products are designed based on deep customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to address unmet needs of consumers and mSMEs.
• Evaluate and approve product features, user stories, and prioritization to ensure effective delivery.
Compliance, Risk, and Operations Integration:
• Ensure all deposit products are compliant with regulatory requirements, operational policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, and operations teams to integrate regulatory and operational considerations seamlessly into product design and delivery.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management:
• Partner with technology, design, data, marketing, and customer experience teams to develop and launch market-leading deposit products.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment, execution efficiency, and successful go-to-market implementation.
Product Innovation and Market Leadership:
• Identify opportunities to develop creative, customer-centric deposit solutions that challenge traditional banking products and strengthen market positioning.
• Monitor market, regulatory, and competitor trends to inform product strategy and proactively adjust the roadmap to maintain a competitive edge.
Performance Management and Optimization:
• Define and track key product and business performance metrics to evaluate success and identify improvement areas.
• Drive data-driven decision-making, incorporating customer feedback and analytics to continuously enhance deposit products and customer experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years experience in deposit product management within the banking sector, with exposure to both consumer and mSME segments.
• Proven track record in leading product strategy, development, and innovation for deposit products.
• Strong understanding of deposit product compliance, operations, and regulatory requirements in Thailand.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to design market-leading digital solutions
• Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing Agile product development teams and working in digital-first environments is an advantage.
