Customer Services Officer

Essential Job Functions:

• Handle call and e-mail from customers and providers
• Provide information according to insurance policy and claim enquiries
• Coordinate and support claim assessor
• Perform other duties and special assignments as required

Qualifications:

• Thai Nationality only
• Bachelor degree in any fields
• 1 year work experience in Customer Service/ Call Center
• Good English communication skill, TOEIC 600, if available
• Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal skill
• Good problem solving skill
• Flexible to work in shifts, holidays, weekends
