Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions and excellent services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our business trends, products, and services.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Information Technology, etc.).
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken Thai and able to communicate in English.
• Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
• Shift work: Rotational shifts, five days a week.
