Assistant Manager rank reporting to Head of Business Strategy.
Will be working collaboratively with distribution channel as the business strategy partner to support and advise channels on business related strategies e.g. sellers campaigns, sales incentive, strategic planning, regular business review.
Able to interact with Corporate Strategy Head/ Senior Management
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end Seller Campaigns processes for assigned channel i.e.
Responsibilities:
Review campaigns proposed by channels and process on getting necessary approvals
Prepare post contest analysis with insightful results and recommendations to channels
Review & prepare campaigns cost accruals at month end Responsible for end-to-end Sales Staff Incentive processes for assigned channel i.e.
Support Sales Incentive scheme proposal process. Review appropriateness of the KPIs and target level
Prepare Sales Incentive calculation templates and review incentive payment calculation as secondary reviewer
Review & prepare year end incentive accruals
Serve as strategy partner for assigned channel counterpart in Strategic Planning processes. Interact with assigned channel counterpart to understand strategic issues, rationalize business planning and strategic initiatives, and timely management for consolidation of business plan excel templates and presentations.
Serve as strategy partner for assigned channel counterpart in Regular Business Review processes. Review numbers correctness as well as appropriateness of action plans.
Provide numerical analysis on as-requested basis and contribute to strategic projects as assigned.
