Drive business leadership for HHY’s health and wellness clients while contributing to business strategies and organizational goals of the company
Driving business needs for digital transformation for healthcare brands and building capabilities and guidance for markets.
Developing in depth market understanding across countries in the region to drive clearer and strategic briefs.
Managing brand guardianship and helping deploy campaign toolkits across the client's affiliates through onboarding sessions.
Leading new business pitches and adopting the group’s innovation and solutions as needed
Maintain a deep working knowledge of HHY’s services and recognize opportunities to understand client challenges and recommend solutions to address the challenges
Understand the needs of the client to debrief internal teams, identify the necessary pitch resources and lead the organization through the pitch process
Keep a pulse on industry shifts , the competitive landscape and drive thought leadership in the company
Desired Experience
Will be a highly motivated, results-driven individual with 12+ years of Healthcare/Scientific Communications experience having led the Business Development function for minimum 5 + years in an agency setting . A minimum 2 year’s experiencein Thailand is desirable
Will have established industry relationships with a proven track record of success in developing, leading and winningbusiness within healthcare communication functions (creative communication ,medical content development etc)
Will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries and be motivated by a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
Skills
Strong business acumen and results driven individual with a deep understanding of the changing needs of pharma and consumer healthcare sector
Good understanding of HHY services for pharma , consumer health and/or medical device organizations (Creative communication , Medical content , Scientific Publications, etc.)
Excellent client interfacing and communication skills (verbal and written)- should be able to drive meetings and deliver presentations effectively
Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode
Proficient in understanding the current digital environment in which healthcare operates
Collaborating with teams across the group to leverage existing strengths as and when needed.
