    Compensation & Benefits Unit Lead

    Position Details

    Responsibilities

    Compensation Design and Development

    • Research and analyze labor market data, salaries, and competitor benefits.
    • Design and develop compensation systems such as salary structures, bonuses, and various benefits, aligned with organizational strategy, budget, good governance principles, and government policies.
    • Develop a fair and transparent performance evaluation system to use as a basis for salary increases and bonuses.

    Benefits Management

    • Manage various benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, provident funds, and leave, considering the balance of benefits for both employees and the organization.
    • Create understanding and communicate compensation and benefits systems to employees accurately and comprehensively.

    Analysis and Reporting

    • Collect and analyze compensation and benefits cost data to present performance results and recommendations for improvement.
    • Regularly report performance results to committees and top management.

    Compliance

    • Monitor and comply with laws, regulations, and policies related to compensation.
    • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.

    Technology Utilization

    • Utilize existing organizational systems/technology and integrate new technologies to manage compensation and benefits systems.
    • Able to provide guidance on the application of work-related technologies to the team


    Qualifications

    Education :

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
    • TOEIC score of 600 or higher.

    Experience and Knowledge

    • Experience in compensation management in large organizations.
    • Understanding of compensation management principles, benefits, labor laws, and related regulations.
    • Experience working with senior management or company boards.
    • Knowledge and experience in using IT systems or modern tools for compensation and benefits management.

    Key Skills

    • Analytical Skill: Able to analyze data, situations, and draw conclusions from analysis to support decision-making in the development of compensation and benefits systems.
    • Effective Communication: Able to communicate and negotiate effectively both internally and externally.
    • Cross-Collaboration: Able to work effectively with HR, finance, and other departments.
    • Team Management: Understand and accept individual differences, able to leverage different strengths for the benefit of the department, and focus on team development.

    • Responsibility: Able to work with attention to detail and on time.
    • Integrity and Transparency: Considers the common good of both the organization and employees in a transparent and fair manner, not benefiting any one party.
    • Initiative: Able to develop new approaches to compensation and benefits system development.
