Experience with Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Portfolio Governance functions and cross-Portfolio dependency management at large digital companies
Experience training and coaching others in Agile roles
Experience leading large-scale Agile transformation efforts
Proven experience in program management within a technical environment, ideally in areas such as eCommerce, software development, data science, cloud computing, etc.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.
Ability to influence and build strong relationship across the organization
Strong communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to clearly and openly communicate status, issues/risks, and challenges presented to project, as well as ability to create clear and concise presentations
Solid understanding of learning and development principles, specifically applied in a technical context.
Experience with work management tools and agile taxonomy and nomenclature
Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross functionally to resolve issues and generate results among potentially conflicting parties
Ability to effectively operate within a fast pace, dynamic, complex and matrix organization
Minimum qualifications:
A Master’s degree in a quantitative business field or closely related technical specialized field of study with six (6) years related work experience.
Or a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative business field or closely related technical specialized field of study with eight (8) years related work experience.
Work experience in functions focused on Lean Portfolio Management, Portfolio Governance, technology program management, strategy development, support of corporate development / strategic value assessment activities, or related functions.
Experience with Agile training, coaching, and Agile transformation activities
Demonstrated business acumen and experience of supporting strategic assessments that are transformational in nature. Strong communication and presentation skills, problem structuring & problem solving skills. Strong human relations skills. An advanced degree may offset experience requirements.
