Qualification Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Science, Agriculture, Forestry, or a related discipline.
Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in auditing, technical areas, or fields related to the certification scheme.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Planning and Coordination:
- Effective planning and coordination skills.
- Attitude and Mindset:
- Positive attitude and open-minded approach.
- Language Proficiency:
- Good command of English for reporting to Malaysia.
Knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Job Description
Auditor Qualification
- Document Preparation and Maintenance:
- Prepare, collect, and maintain necessary documents for new and qualified auditors/specialists.
- Qualification System Management:
- Monitor and maintain the auditor/specialist qualification system database and records.
- Audit Schedule Coordination:
- Arrange audit schedules for auditor calibration.
- Progress Reporting:
- Report the progress of auditor qualification status.
- Training Communication:
- Communicate with local and overseas training courses related to auditor qualification.
Accreditation Support
- Contract Review Verification:
- Support the verification of contract reviews in technical areas.
- Post-Surveillance Audit Maintenance:
- Maintain post-surveillance audit activities by verifying reports sent to Accreditation Bodies (AB).
- Documentation Review:
- Review audit documentation for Thailand and other countries (e.g., Indonesia, Malaysia) as an Internal Certification Coordinator (ICC).
Audit Preparation, Realisation, and Certification
- Contract Review Verification:
- Support the verification of contract reviews in technical areas.
- Post-Surveillance Activities:
- Maintain post-surveillance audit activities by verifying reports sent to Accreditation Bodies (AB).
- Documentation Review:
- Review audit documentation for Thailand and other countries (e.g., Indonesia, Malaysia) as an ICC.
Performance Monitoring Support
- Customer Satisfaction Surveys:
- Handle customer satisfaction surveys and implement and maintain the analysis.
- Performance Monitoring Summary:
- Prepare operation performance monitoring summaries for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Internal Audit Coordination:
- Coordinate with Thailand and other countries (e.g., Indonesia, Malaysia) to plan internal audits.
