Position Details
Responsibilities
Discover, engage and reach out to medium to large corporate customer in related industry.
Focus in establish good customer relations with medium and large customers, complete the management of the entire sales process from business opportunities to payment collection as the project owner, and complete the corresponding customer annual, quarterly and monthly marketing indicators.
Familiar and understand the company's product modules, combined with the cost of the company's products, according to the understanding of customer needs, formulate sales prices, develop integration and output solutions.
Actively and effectively collect and feedback market information to help the team for their understanding of the market.
Formulate sales planning and discover the industry's leading customers, explore business model innovation and benchmarking, and establish the company's service reputation and brand.
Responsible for developing customers with cross-border business needs in Thai market, completing sales targets, and completing the bidding of large customers.
Responsible for the maintenance of customer relationship in Thailand, regularly visit the company's important customers, conduct monthly/quarterly KPI review, and maintain customer relationship.
Assign the project manager of each project to review and optimize requirement according to weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual dimensions.
Follow up the full-link indicators of the customers in charge from leads to payment collection, including the number of customer reports, business opportunity conversion rate, customer transaction rate, customer delivery rate, timely payment collection rate and other indicators.
Qualifications
Graduated in Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistic, Communication or others that is related.
At least 3-5 year sales experience, familiar with export sea and air transportation, overseas warehousing and distribution, small package business, 2C cross-border e-commerce or logistics experience of large Party A enterprises is preferred.
Self-driven, able to work under pressure and challenges, innovative and ambitious.
Good organizational skills, presentation skills, adaptability, and business negotiation skills
Strong in Service mindset with serve customer with great quality.
Result driven and always have the heart to achieve goals mindset.
Native Chinese, English or Thai (Thai is preferred) can be used as working language.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, PPT, Excel and other office automation software.
Office base in Bangkok, prefer candidate willing to reallocate to Bangkok city .
