What exactly would I do during my internship at marketyze?
Management Trainee
- Provide support to senior management (specifically the Managing Director)
- Understand our company’s daily processes and goals and come up with ways to help the company and its team members be more efficient in their work
- Participate in our company’s strategic planning after gaining knowledge of our policies, services and processes
- Communicate on regular basis on progress on your work
- Take ownership of not one but several key strategic projects. You will drive impact. Project details will be shared on your first day of joining, and you will get to present progress on your projects in the form of a presentation during our marketyze Monthly Meeting (MMM)
Growth Marketing Analyst Intern
- Monitor existing and create new digital campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, and other performance marketing platforms
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Analysts on client performance and requests
- Join calls with our clients and help prepare slide decks for these calls
- Communicate on regular basis on progress on your work
- Take ownership of your own project. Project details will be shared on your first day of joining, and you will get to present this presentation during our Marketyze Monthly Meeting (MMM)
- If you are ambitious, there could be an opportunity to communicate directly with clients regarding campaigns’ performance
Business Development Intern
- Research, develop and create B2B marketing content, mainly for LinkedIn
- Produce B2B content in multiple formats using Canva (preferable) or other tools
- Research potential clients and identify key decision makers within those companies with the use of AI tools and prompting (i.e. Apollo, Clay)
- Assist in the development of sales materials, proposals and presentations
- Join calls with prospective clients, help prepare for these calls, as well as as come up with actionables after the calls
- Create warm relationships with future clients using LinkedIn as the main tool for engagement
- Work closely with and support your supervisor on requirements, inputs and outputs for pitches
- Communicate on regular basis on progress on your work
- If you are ambitious, there will be an opportunity to communicate directly with prospecting leads where you will get to share and communicate your own strategies
Business Process & Automation Analyst Intern
- Work closely with the Business Intelligence & Process Automation Analysts on our existing analytics, data & tech infrastructure to ensure quality and accuracy
- Initiate data generation (tracking) using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Visualize data in a user-friendly way using SQL, Google BigQuery, Google Data Studio and Google Spreadsheets
- Find opportunities for automation across teams i.e. tasks that are repetitive, scheduled, and distract our team members from more valuable work
- Implement automation processes using AI & LLM tools such as ChatGPT, programming languages such as Python, Java and Javascript, low-code/no-code tools such as Zapier and Pipedream, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath or frameworks like Selenium
- Learn digital marketing to a degree where you understand all reports

Social Media Content Creator Intern
- Build and execute social media strategies for our clients as part of a brand new team
- Generate, edit, publish and share content (text, images, gifs, video) that impacts clients’ business performance
- Set up and optimize company pages within major social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LINE, TikTok)
- Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation & brand policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and performance reports using Canva, Google Slides, Google Sheets and other tools
- Continuously improve by staying up-to-date on social media trends, learning best practices and sharing within the company, and testing different strategies
- Work closely with the Social Media Specialists on client performance and requests
- Join calls with our clients and help prepare slide decks for these calls
- Communicate on regular basis on progress on your work
