Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategies.
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
Having an in-depth knowledge of the latest innovative payment products, especially in digital payment.
Technical advising and support: Daily support member for technical issues for innovative payment products. Understand the Technical Specification and related product information of UnionPay International or other card schemes. Ensure the members compliance with UPI standards. Collect information and response from members to work with technical and product team in HQ to enhance UPI specification.
Requirements:
Excellent working knowledge of bankcard system, transaction message, clearing and settlement processes.
Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices.
Deep understanding of client contract management and incentives programs preferred.
Self-motivated; able to work independently while coordinating regional activities with cross-divisional teams.
Team player; able to communicate with technical and business experts at all levels of the organization.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; able to think strategically.
Bachelor of science/engineering preferred
Ability to write, listen, read, speak fluency in English is a must and at ease in a multicultural work environment. Ability to write, listen, read, speak in Chinese is preferred
