The Role The Business Analyst will: The HR Business Analyst will be a key member of the HR Systems project team.

• Gather requirements from business partner and outline the requirements for business analysis then deliver both of business requirement document and technical specifications which meets business's satisfaction.
• Understand business case/user story to drive project/solution proposal e.g. Cost/Benefit/Cons.
• Responsible for developing either of functional Design or Business Process Design to drive technical change with high quality.
• Communicating issues and solutions with team members.
• Develop UAT Test cases, Data Preparation and conduct UAT and manage user acceptance
• Work closely with the Project Manager and HR teams to develop and maintain the functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project, ensuring all must have requirements are delivered and the solution meets the needs of each region.
• Work closely with the HRIS for leading the required transformation and provide support to the development of the HR Operating Model and the implementation plan.
• Work with the IT and Integration Lead, the selected Software Vendor, Implementation Partner and IT teams to ensure the non-functional requirements are delivered.
• Ensure that the solution remains aligned to the project’s scope and outcomes.
• Assist the Project team with business transformation and change activities.

• Strong English Communication Skills with foreigner
• Strong background in HR and process efficiency reviews gained in a global organization. Expert problem solver with a logical and methodical approach to issues.
• Strong experience in a Business Analyst role, in particular, expert level knowledge of relevant HR processes and experience implementing HR System in particular Workday or other.
• Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, ICT, Stat or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or other similar experience for 'Business analyst' role. (system analyst, product owner, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate key messages and milestones to all levels of stakeholders
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
