Must Have* At least 3 - 5 years experience in HRIS or related fields
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related issues and inquiries.
- Provide support and training to HR staff on HRIS functionalities and processes.
- Collaborate with other divisions to identify system needs and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making.
- Develop and document HRIS processes, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in a collaboration project to drive HPO (High Performance Organization)
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related technical issues.
- Help People Manager/Director to form an internal audit library
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields
Skills & Experiences:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRM - Com&Ben / Payroll / HRIS
- Basic knowledge in PowerBI, Looker Studio, Generative AI or related HR Tools will be a plus
