Hr Specialist
Job Description
1. Perform human resources related functions to ensure workflow and business requirements.
2. Apply knowledge of HR processes and technologies to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Develop a Communication Strategy that supports the plant objectives and provides for open and effective communication across all functions and levels of the organization and enhances two-way communication.
4. Manage employee relations issues to ensure satisfied and highly motivated employees and an environment that promotes trust, commitment and respect in line with company beliefs.
5. Ensure compliance with the appropriate corporate and statutory requirements.
6. Effectively administer the HRIS including all employment data, payroll systems and benefit plan administration.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor's Degree or above with at least 2 years of experience in HR / HRBP field .
2. Required language (s): Able to speak fluently Chinese or English (verbal & written).
3. Able to well communicate with different department.
4. Willing to commit overtime to meet deadlines.
5. Positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.
