Job Purpose:

• Lead the commercial team of Minor Dairy (MDL) to reach company goals.
• Drive revenue growth and deliver sustainable profit results.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Minor.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute Minor Food manufacturing strategies in both short-term and long-term planning.
• Assist in setting financial targets, budget development, and monitoring.
• Acquire new customers and manage client relationships.
• Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Create and execute business plans aligned with the brand’s strategy.
• Drive business development and seek new business expansion.
• Lead new product development to meet customer expectations.
• Manage suppliers and ensure best value, delivery schedules, and quality.
• Stay updated on political, economic, and regulatory environments impacting the business.
• Oversee Quality Systems: GMP, HACCP, HALAL, ISO9001, FSSC22000, TIS/OHSAS 18001, ISO14001, ISO50001.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills.
• High executive maturity with strong communication, analytical, conceptual, and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
• At least 15 years’ experience in the Food industry at a management level.
• Good command of English and computer literacy.
• Flexible to work at different locations as needed.
