Your Tasks
Planning: Ensure that the ABP meets the needs of all activation markets and are properly funded and resourced.
- Support the mapping of the needs of all activation markets and incorporate it into lead market workstreams
- ABP/ Fast Start/ Business reviews: Build ABP/ Fast Start/ Business reviews S&CM workstreams for Category/ Channel for all markets in the cluster
- S&OP: Build cluster forecast for Category/ Channel
- Base business and innovation: Build base business and innovation packages for all markets in the cluster: PICOS, POSM, Selling, story, selling Kit, Forecasts, etc.
Commercial operations: Ensure a fit for purpose SCM operating model is embedded in each market in the cluster, in line with the NOPM.
- PICOS: Customize all regional PICOS for all markets in the cluster
- Pricing: Build comprehensive pricing guidelines per RE defined and deployed for all markets in the cluster
- Promo: Design comprehensive Promotion Menu/ guidelines by Category/ Channel for all markets in the cluster
- Insights: Build, collect and communicate insights by Category/ Channel to all markets in the cluster
Customer Engagement - Direct & Indirect: Ensure that customer and channel lenses are fully reflected into SCM plans and deliverables.
- Presentations: Build Customer Category Presentations (Innovation, Category, JBP, T2T) as needed
- Engagement: Build content for JBP/ T2T for all defined customers in the cluster
- Thematic/ programs: Build programs for the cluster: CSR, AVC, Active Accounts etc.
- Performance Management: Work with markets on identified issues/opportunities
Store Execution: Own a store-back mindset in all programs and workstreams.
- Win the Shopper: Build content for WTS
- Trax: Build quality content (MSL, Primary shelf KPIs). Work with markets to address gaps
- Top stores: Work with markets to build robust top store program to drive outperformance
- Field immersion: Do trade visits to verify retail context and collect information / insights about execution, trends, and competitors
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Shopper Marketing/ Trade Marketing areas
- Good knowledge of and multi-channel experience preferred
- Good category and channel expertise.
- Financial Analysis skills required
- Proven experiences of matching brand strategies and channel strategies, and translating it into execution
- Customer-centric thinking
- Able to identify customers ‘needs and build business strategies based on them.
- Stakeholder management in a matrix organization
- Ability to manage ambiguity and conflict within a network of stakeholders and internal/external customers
- Pragmatic, Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style
- Able to adapt, navigate and have a protagonist role in a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment
