You Will
- Lead the growth of the Omnicommerce business in Thailand, ensuring the execution of business plans and achievement of financial targets.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, using data to drive business decisions and communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for Grab's Omnicommerce operations in Thailand, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
- Analyze business performance, user behavior, and the competitive landscape to generate actionable insights.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Regional team to enhance our omnichannel solutions, ensuring they meet local customer needs and expectations.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consultancy or e-commerce, with specific experience in merchant omnicommerce operations being a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis.
- Strong academic track record with a bachelor's degree.
