Business Innovation & Data Innovation Team

Responsibilities:

• Provide external factor analysis for strategy development to drive overall strategy and initiatives
• Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables
• Plan and manage work plan and activities to support
• Support in the development of analytic approaches, frameworks, and communication
• Monitor and analyze internal and external business environments that will impact business and company goal
• Manage the agenda to optimize time, scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Assisting with daily time management
• Coordinate with relevant functions and collaboration with related departments both internal and external parties
• Running errands upon request ex. provided legal advice, translated complex legal topics into short and easy-to-understand, reserved domestic and overseas traveling, dealt with foreign vendors, the financial department, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admiration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
• Have strong experience in executive assistant function to management and administrative tasks
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Possessing strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrating the ability to multitask
• Taking a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Good communication and presentation skills, including the ability to interface with executive management
• Good in both written and spoken English
• Have legal experience in banking and finance, knowledge of areas of law is preferred
