Assistant Manager, Inbound-Outbound (Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

Inbound (Import):

- Plan daily manpower to operate Unload/Check/Scan/Putaway products from container and import storage.

- Summarise the report of transportation damage to notify the supervisor.

- Coordinate with the relevant parties for incoming containers.

Outbound (Pick/Scan/Pack/Delivery):

- On-order and manpower-for-day plans.

- Verify that each order meets the designated plan.

- Ensure that all individual orders are scanned.

- Plan to pack the product on schedule each day so that there is no backlog job.

- Plan the deployment of manpower for delivery to the branch and verify that it is correct before loading it.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- Good command both written and spoken in Chinese is a must

- At least 2 years in Warehouse Management.

- Work well under pressure and strong responsibility

- Having experience in ecommerce and speaking Chinese, it will be considered in particular.
