Key contact person for Thailand based divisional managers and country HR teams
Employee Support - Own the entire employee lifecycle
Links the needs of the customers to the HR shared services teams
Provision of HR advice with regards:
Performance Management, including Disciplinary issues
Work regulation & HR policy development, guidance, and interpretation
Employee related legislation
Employee engagement & communication
Retention strategies
Employee development
