Manage and develop relationships with existing technical sales accounts
Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs and discuss solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans and strategies
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth by expanding our customer base
Track and analyze market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and challenges
Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
Develop and execute a plan for your territory to meet revenue targets.
Discuss with customers to understand requirements and execute the sales process
Understand the customer's needs and map Zoho software capabilities to the customers' needs.
Recommend solutions to customers in tandem with pre-sales engineers.
Collaborate with product teams and update product knowledge constantly.
The ability to understand consultative sales in any of the business functions such as Sales software, Marketing, Collaboration, Finance, or HR is an advantage.
Online and offline sales and account management experience.
Identify and nurture mid market accounts in the region. Understand business opportunities to upsell and cross-sell and work with the technical consultants and sales teams to grow the account.
The drive to close deals.
Requirements And Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or account management
Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong knowledge of software industry trends and solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experienced in Software sales (SaaS), B2B sales or Inside sales.
Experience in selling similar solutions is a plus.
Be resourceful and have a great hunting sense to identify new sales opportunities.
Excellent business-level skills in local language are mandatory. Basic English skills for internal team communication.
