SVP, Head of Mortgage Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategies for overall Mortgage Sales.
• Deliver mortgage booking volume to achieve bank’s sales target.
• Actively engage and manage relationship with housing developers, housing brokers/agents and also corporate team.
• Track and monitor overall performance of mortgage sales team.
• Coordinate with Mortgage Products team to develop mortgage product strategies including product program to deliver financial target.
• Plan marketing strategy, co-promotion scheme to achieve sales target
• Ensure compliance with all bank legalization and BOT’s rules and regulations and internal guidelines

Job Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degrees in business administration or related fields
• At least 10 years experience in Mortgage Sales, Product DSA, Marketing
• Good command in English
• Strategic planning / sales management skill
• Strong Analytical Skill
• Negotiation Skill/ problem solving
• Self motivated
