Sr Assoc, Project Mgmt

Role Responsibilities

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
• Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.

Role Purpose

• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or other engineer relate with Engineering license must be required
• Have 1-10 years experience, preferably in HVAC system would be advantage
• Have knowledge the energy conservation management must be required
• Good interpersonal skill, service-minded and customer oriented
• Good command of English and presentation skill
• Able to understand and use MS Office software such as Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Have own car with valid driving license
