Responsible for the management of sales activities in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget in executing the sales strategy of the Hotel.
Up-sell, cross-sell, and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity to maximize sales revenue
Defines precise guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered correspond effectively to their requests
Qualifications
Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management / Events Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in group, catering, and conference sales or 1 year of experience in a similar capacity with a proven track record
Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the Thai and English language
