Job Specification
Master of Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent advanced degree
15+ years in leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving Operational Excellence
Proven track record in leading and managing complex transformation initiatives.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies.
