What you’ll do:
Weekly/Monthly Ecommerce performance monitoring & gathering insights from local teams on the performance Insightful data collection and analysis from MPs (in cooperation with Ecommerce Analytics & BI Manager) Closely collaborate with local teams to build activation plan for growth on local/sub-regional/regional level
- Ecommerce Content/Campaigns
Driving with Marketing teams to provide the A+ content for the platforms across the region and implement it with local teams Collaborate with internal teams&agencies on ROI optimization for off-site/on-site activities Implement&monitor aligned pricing strategy per each market
Knowledge of Ecommerce Supply chain, logistics & operations. Partners with Ecommerce Operations Lead to ensure the last mile delivery model & therefore customer experience is best in class in-markets Support projects on optimization&automation of logistics & operations
- Platforms/Brands Partnerships
Participating in Key Accounts negotiations & leading the follow-up of the minutes of the meetings. Participating in building regional Joint-Business-Plans (JBP) with key accounts Creating new brand partnerships on the regional level Negotiating & securing Ecommerce Events packages on Shopee, Lazada etc.
Initiate and lead test&learn activities across region Operate as the region’s Centre-of-Excellence to build environment for knowledge & learning sharing

Who you are:
- BA or equivalent degree in Business or related field a nice to have
- 4+ years of experience managing Ecommerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Tiki, Tokopedia, etc) across multiple countries
- Experience growing ecommerce businesses in brands/enablers in marketplaces (incl demonstration of successful cases)
- Analytics: ability to combine data from different sources, structure and switch it into meaningful insights to make a business decision
- Desire to work and collaborate with people and strong interpersonal skills
- Results oriented with a focus on quality, efficiency and operational excellence, attitude of continuous improvement
- Commercial mindset and ability to work under pressure situations and deliver result on time
- Problem solving with a "roll-up-your-sleeves", "get it done" mentality
- Excellent English proficiency
