    Key Responsibilities:


    Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective prospecting and networking.
    • Create and implement sales plans to increase market share and enhance the company’s competitive position.
    • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and prospects.
    • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team targets.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team.
    • Sales Performance and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as sales volume, revenue, and market trends.
    • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
    • Utilize data and insights to refine sales strategies and drive better results.


    Market and Competitor Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
    • Identify opportunities for new service offerings or enhancements to existing services.


    Sales Process and Administration:

    • Oversee the preparation and negotiation of sales contracts and agreements.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and related documentation.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.


    Customer Acquisition and Retention:

    • Develop and execute plans to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
    • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional activities to attract potential customers.
    • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service and address client

    needs.


    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
    • Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
    • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working in a multinational company or with international sales operations.
    • Knowledge of Thai market dynamics and business practices.
