Market Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand Radiant1’s market presence in Thailand. Identify and target potential hotel clients and strategic partners to drive new business opportunities.
Client Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end sales process for new hotel clients, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals. Utilize industry knowledge to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry, including hotel owners, general managers, and industry influencers. Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients and partners.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with industry associations, travel agencies, and other relevant organizations to enhance Radiant1’s market position and drive mutual growth.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to help refine strategies and improve the Radiant1 offering.
Sales Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of sales professionals (if applicable), setting clear goals and expectations, and providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets.
Startup Adaptability: Embrace and thrive in a startup environment, demonstrating flexibility, resourcefulness, and resilience. Navigate the evolving challenges of a growing company while contributing to its culture and success.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality or related industry, with a proven track record of acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth. Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the hospitality industry in Thailand, including market dynamics, key players, and industry trends.
Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive strategy.
