Major Tasks / Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Management:
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships that support the company’s growth objectives across various sectors
- Lead negotiations and manage relationship agreements, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and monitoring partnership performance.
Synergy Solution Development:
- Identify and implement synergy solutions across business units to optimize resources, reduce costs, and leverage shared capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate synergy initiatives into the broader corporate strategy.
Project Leadership:
- Oversee and manage multiple synergy and partnership projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets its strategic objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and corporate goals.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Work closely with key stakeholders across different business units to ensure that synergy initiatives and partnerships are fully integrated and supported.
- Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve shared objectives.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the energy, food and beverage, and retail sectors.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform partnership strategies and synergy initiatives.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage budgets for synergy and partnership projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Monitor and report on the financial impact of synergy initiatives and partnerships, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
Qualifications:
- At least undergraduate degree in any of these disciplines: Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Must have of experience for Specialist and Team Leader position
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, partnership management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the energy, food and beverage, or retail sectors.
