Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Sales target and Utilization by managing manpower and product focus on maximizing profit
• Ensure operational excellence through input into business management as well as manage marketing budget, P&L responsibility for team management
• Manage a cross-functional team, and work closely with other functions to ensure that sales target meets with profit maximization activities
• Interact with local rental partners to develop both revenue and store traffic
• Follow up on work assigned to sales staff (Tracking & Work Assignment), analyzing the work report

Job purpose :

• Monitoring, analyzing, tuning, and reporting on utilization and sales performance of all field force team
• Manage field force team to deliver target and profit, be able to set up new team and develop
• To identify and understand the use of resources, working patterns, peaks, and troughs and to ensure that they meet work standard pattern
• Develop processes, tools, and opportunities that grow sales incremental to each team's performance
• Responsible for rental of local to generate more revenues and traffic for the store.
• Be able to hands-on field activity and deal with local customers to understand customer’s needs and opportunities
• Create rental agreements with locals to maximize traffic and revenue.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related fields
• A proven track record with high volume & reputed companies are must as experience in all aspects
• Be well-organized and have planning skills as well as project/program execution
• Be able to analyze and identify problems and opportunities in the best strategic business plan
• Hands-on working style to understand customers and field force team.
• Be able to work under pressure, result-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Be creative, and self-motivated with initiative skills.
• Strong business management skills, be decisive and action-oriented.
• Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
