Serves the Strategy Office on a special projects on strategic initiatives and ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Collaborate with other C-suite executives and other members to ensure alignment and integration of strategic objectives.
Researches, prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Strategy Office, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
Executive Support:
Help coordinate on behalf of the company, with Board members, donors, staff and others.
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Strategy Office including: managing an extremely active calendar, completing expense reports, composing and preparing.
Organizing travel plans, itineraries, agendas, and documents for meetings may require confidential correspondence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or related field.
Understand business needs, diagnose performance issues and make recommendations using a combination of data analysis and business critical thinking.
Experience in a strategic planning or consulting environment would be a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
