Title Loan Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Set a target totals approval for title loan product, Lead a team and coordinate with branch to act for achieve the goals target.
• Develop product sales strategies and solve problems that arise in order to successfully close sales.
• Analyze and process various operations with the branch team to be able follow up on results.
• Provide guidance and advice on solving various problems related to product sales. Including various decisions that affect sales.
• Create a promotion for support sales target.
• Develop work processes as internal operation flow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Have previous experience in Title Loan or Car Hire-purchase, Sales Management and team lead.
• Have a good personality good human relation, diligent, honest, able to work as a team. Can handle pressure well solve immediate problems well.
• Good at selling both proactively and defensively.
• Have flexible working hours.
• Have a driver's license and have a car.
• Strong computer for presentations and can analyze data well, especially PowerPoint/Excel.
• English to communicate.
