Technical Project Manager

Responsibility

• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals
• Translate the product roadmap into well-defined product requirements and manage the product backlog
• Estimate resources required for project success and propose budget adjustments when necessary
• Assess the need for additional project staff or consultants and facilitate their recruitment, if required
• Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents
• Lead scrum teams to support them in achieving release and sprint goals
• Facilitate effective team coordination, communication, and task assignment
• Track project progress, monitor milestones, and proactively mitigate risks and obstacles
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet defined scope and quality criteria
• Manage changes within the project scope, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication to the team and stakeholders
• Plan the product release and set expectations for the delivery of new product features
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Collaborate with other departments to align and integrate project objectives and deliverables
• Continuously enhance technical and project management skills, staying updated with industry trends and best practices
• Responsible for tasks related to a project that is required by company executives

Requirements

• Previous experience as Technical Project Management , System Analysis, Business Analysis in Software House or IT consultant company
• Basic understanding of AI technologies and Web development frameworks
• Able to work with both Thai Client (Government) and International Client.
• Familiarity with the product life cycle and the software development process
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Possess theoretical knowledge or practical experience in utilizing sprint ceremonies within an Agile methodology is advantageous
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assist in planning and estimation
• Good communication and presentation skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Assist the senior project manager in creating, refining, and modifying project documents
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for managing multiple tasks
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work on projects within budget
• Familiarity with project management tools and software is advantageous
• Background or knowledge in UX/UI design or development is advantageous
• Fluent in spoken and written English
