Team Leader - Guest Experience

AResponsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of Guest Experience staff to deliver exceptional service
• Assist in the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies
• Ensure smooth operations at the Front Office, including check-ins and check-outs
• Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Front Office supervisory or similar experience in a luxury hotel
• Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to speak Chinese would be advantageous
• Strong organizational and people management skills
• Familiarity with Opera Systems or similar Front Office software
