Setup Individual Target (KPI / OKR) to support the aspiration of Retail Collection.
Design Operating Model (including Key Activity, Time per Activity, Customer per Staff Coverage Ratio) of each segment to optimize the performance of Retail Collection.
Build Individual Performance Tracking & Monitoring Platform to support.
Design Incentive, Reward and Recognition programme to improve the staff’s performance and change the staff’s behaviour.
Work with HR to develop Individual Training Roadmap to improve the staff’s capabilities
Develop and manage Retail Collection’s budget (including related expenses and no. of headcount).
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management or a related field, Collection business experience is advantage.
Proficiency in Excel, statistical tools, performance dashboards or data visualization software is preferable.
