Specialist - AAGI P&C Field Sales Operation - BAY

• Build up relationships with branch directors of financial institutions, follow up sales, and plan sales to monthly reach the objective
• Understand and advise the selling point with financial institutions, coordinate any activities with financial institutions, and support branches of financial institutions as required
• Plan sales strategies and new sales methods to support sales to reach the objective
• Provide support, training, consultation and advice to the bank officers so that they can sell the company's products to meet the customers‘ needs, following legal objectives and standard of company’s purposes
• Visit branches to verify and submit reports as required by the company and prudently examine equipments of the company's offering products, such as requesting insurance licenses, Brochures, or leaflets to sufficiently offer for the sale. Additionally, it is required to update the equipment at the time
• Provide the best support to branch directors and bank officers in terms of sales service and marketing

Must Have Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any related field
• Direct Experience of sales and marketing in financial institutions insurance or insurance Industry
